Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking code by email and/or WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Write us in chat or on WhatsApp and include the engine brand and model, the serial number and—if possible—a photo of the nameplate. With these details we can immediately identify the correct part.

We supply both genuine parts and quality aftermarket equivalents, selected by our technicians. When available, we also offer remanufactured (Reman) components for the best value for money.

All parts sold by IMC are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with applicable laws. Coverage and duration depend on the product type:

• New parts: manufacturer’s warranty.
• Aftermarket parts: conformity and manufacturing defects warranty.
• Reman parts: specific coverage on the remanufacturing process and the reman component.

With Reman you purchase a remanufactured component and return your used core. It’s not a discount but an exchange: you get a lower price than a new part, with a tested, ready-to-install unit.

Failing to return the core may involve additional charges or prevent you from joining the Reman program. Contact us before ordering to clarify the timing and return procedures.

Yes. Private customers can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, provided the product is intact, unused and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We can help you book the pickup.
